prebuilt-themes folder mising in 1.0.1 #44

Hi

we updated to version 1.0.1 and the build failed because @coachcare/datepicker/prebuilt-themes/deeppurple-amber.css was not found. we reverted back to 1.0.0 and the prebuilt-themes folder re-appears again.

i checked the node_packages folder (we are using pnpm but i think this should not matter) and the folder \prebuilt-themes is really missing.

@Epibatidin thanks for reporting this! I forgot to include this in the release process and here we are! I just published v1.0.2 with the prebuilt-themes ;)
