when exporting the data of a margic instance as CSV the file contains the Moodle User ID besides the name. This ID is rather useless for teachers as they are usually working with matriculation numbers or mail addresses. What is more, this exposes data no user is allowed to see (although there's little to nothing you can do with that info). In case of participants this should be an ID admins can set (e.g. matriculation number). This could probably be achieved by using the showuseridentity settings. In case of trainers this could just be the name.
Maybe you could make use of the showuseridentity fields Moodle offers in the user policies section in the site settings?
