Gnome 44 compatibility #55

Meta.MonitorManager was dropped in Gnome 44.

Manually applying this patch in ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions after installing the extensions gnome org version for 43 works as expected.

Shouldn't this close #53? Or is it still open till the next release?

Yes, still open till the next release. I'll close issue #53 after I package a new version of Espresso on extensions.gnome.org
