Document creation of asciinema demos #1755

There are multiple newcomer issues for this, but no guide. We should write some docs.

Could you please elaborate the requirement of this issue?

In my understanding it refers on how to create asciinema videos. And document this in our docs. So, that newcomers can refer to that doc to know how video's are to be created.

Anyway, this task is blocked until https://github.com/asciinema/asciinema/pull/236 , as it offers many improvements, and likely means all of our asciinema should be recreated.
