Interestingly, goreturns link in .ci/deps.go.sh doesnt break on CI https://travis-ci.org/coala/coala-bears/jobs/444604555#L2140

Possible updated link for https://github.com/BurntSushi/toml/cmd/tomlv is https://github.com/BurntSushi/toml/tree/master/cmd/tomlv . I guess we may run InvalidLinkBear to catch these automatically. :sweat_smile:

Also need to determine if gometalinter already supports goreturns. If not , why not
