Add bears that do some real code analysis

let's do some code analysis! We can integrate some tools written by researchers - those are usually awesome in functionality but totally unusable so putting them in coala makes them accessible by "normal" people, hopefully. I got a few recommendations:

difficulty/medium status/needs-design, we should file issues about every bear we decide to make.
