First launches QuickstartBear to populate QUICKDATA.yaml
Fires up the many instances of the bears in parallel with all combinations of Type 1 settings, appropriate value of Type 2 settings obtained from QUICKDATA.yaml
all combinations of Type 3 settings
Omitted Type 4 settings for now
generate our first green config file and populate .quickfile
The sections of the config files will have variations in the files up to the level of distinction between file types based on different languages.
NOTE: This will be the default nature, a setting may have a constant value throughout the project but it isn't economical in any way, either while running coala or generating the green config file to make special checks for those values
