labhub: Add error message if nick is empty #632

Currently labhub uses the nick as the username, because this is how gitter works.

But not all backends provide a nick. See https://github.com/coala/corobo/issues/255

All labhub commands which need nick should provide an error message

This includes at least assign and unassign, and invite, and create issue.
