Im not sure how to get it using open data methodology , but lets try... ;)

Seems mentors (email address) can be fetched via GCI API https://developers.google.com/open-source/gci/resources/downloads/TaskAPISpec.pdf

https://github.com/coala/gci-leaders/issues/166 will provide a good mechanism for collecting the most relevant people within each org - but then we need to add heuristics to filter for which are GCI mentors.
