Dashboard: Repo specific menu items fail #101

After logged in , on the dashboard, clicking "Label Editing" at bottom gear icon menu, goes to

https://coala-gh-board.netlify.com/#/labels

and shows

Invalid URL Woops! It looks like the URL is invalid. If you were looking for a repository, you can go to the Dashboard and open a repository. Hope that helps!

Same with Gantt and Burnup and Milestone view

It works when the user is on a repository view, then it goes to e.g.

The menu items should be disabled if they are going to be broken links
