So, if I got it correct lanyard helps to keep track of upcoming confs. How can it help to get more speakers to more confs?

IIUC you can register a speaker profile and it gives you possible confs? I don't know exactly but I think it may help

OK, so this helps to find confs that will take place and track them, it nicely organizes them. Also it's based on twitter API, so probably, you can see what events the people you follow will attend. I think this will be great to track people going to the events as well as speakers.
