Get present on StackOverflow #46

We may try to put some stuff at SO, pushing the tag, making it popular. Was just suggested by someone at PyCon DE.

There is a hacky Gitter integration script at https://github.com/gitterHQ/services/issues/60 . Might be worth adding something similar to cobot .

Can we run the StackOverflowGitterNotifier.jl SO gitter bot on a coala.io server?

If we have SO notifications in gitter, we can try directing more of the questions occurring our gitter to SO, and then respond promptly when they are created on SO.

cc @sims1253 re community management aspect of this.

@jayvdb yes we can, struggling a bit on julia and documentation but I expect this to be up within an hour.

Ok, so I'll host the GitterNotifier script for you for the next 12 months or so. (No SLA, no promises). After which time julia 1.0 should be out, and hopefully setting this up will be easier.

It is up and running now. Contact me if something goes wrong with it.
