Re-doing GCI CI1 and CI2 task on the same repo as a GCI student is the best approach.

Completing CI1 should only take 15 minutes for any reasonable repo. If the latest docker image doesnt work, use the 0.9 image. Almost everyone will find a pretty basic problem with coala-quickstart, many of which have already been raised.

Each person at a hackathon completing CI2 isnt useful; but during CI2, each person will find seriously annoying coala bugs, and the repo is their test case, so each person can try to fix it. (and it doesnt matter if there are two people fixing approximately the same problem, as they have two different repos to test against).
