Add org pictures to Docker Profile

The coala docker profile only has the default, blank profile picture. It'd look better with our org picture. brokendocker

Docker Hub settings require a gravatar email to be set up.

It looks like Docker Cloud is the same, as I dont see any option to upload logo .

I think we need one email address like contact@coala.io or devnull@coala.io which we use for the gravatar.
