Ideally it indicates how much of the code is using Python 3 features like annotations Opened by @jayvdb at Gitter

Scrapy had a "Python 3 porting" percentage badge https://github.com/scrapy/scrapy/issues/1454 , probably with a tool manually calculating the percentage and generating the .svg, maybe we can find something similar.
