Invalid project reference link to GSoC website for previous years proposals #718

Currently, when we view any previous year completed projects report it contains a reference link to the GSoC website viewing that project but that link seems to be invalid because the GSoC has ended for that year and the data has been archived. So, there is a need to correctly format the link which can found the Project Title for any completed project. image

Since @piyush072 asked first, he should be given the opportunity. @piyush072, if you haven't already solved a newcomers issue and are still interested in picking this up, please respond here (within a day or two, please) and I'd assign it to you.

I'm so sorry for all this queuing, but people, you should not be asking to get assigned to an issue if someone is already has asked to do so. The rule of the thumb is to ask only if there has been no activity for at least 4-5 weeks.

Sorry! But it seems that after GSoC'19 results are out, the issue is no more valid. It's redirecting to project page 👍
