Minigame excluding does not actually exclude minigames #15

Which clusters panel is this on? C8 Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

So search for any weapon or any log and then set minigames to exclude all. But it wouldnt actually exclude them.

Expected behavior It should exclude minigames when exclude all is selected
