All of the sidebar buttons are randomly disappearing from the panel.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Usually once you click into a panel they disappear. But I've had it just happen randomly and when I load up the main page.
I cleared cache and relogged and still experience the same thing. Also sometimes it comes back when you reset settings but in the end it keeps going away.
