Lots of URIs are 404

I was trying to get familiar with the coapp forking process and noticed that the site is not available. I clicked around and found more deadlinks:

On the information page, that is "Information.markdown":

• http://www.coapp.org/Blueprints/X._Archives_of_older_pages/Packages
• http://www.coapp.org/Blueprints/Software/Developer_Tools
• http://www.coapp.org/Blueprints/Software/Client_Software
• http://www.coapp.org/User_Stories/Publishing_Packages

There may be more. But especially the first link about shallow forking should be restored/made available ASAP (for the contest)!

Also, on https://launchpad.net/coapp, there's a bit.ly link which points to http://coapp.org/About_CoApp/What_is_CoApp%3f and is also 404.

@jonnybest if you go to http://coapp.org/Contest/index.html, the link to coapp forking process works now. Not sure about all the other stuff but that's the most important thing at present.

Ah, yes; these are left-overs from the old-old wiki. Let's see if Tom can clean them up eventually.

Links on blog posts are broken too - e.g. http://downloads.coapp.org/resources/coapp.devtools.msi in _posts/2011-07-29-First-CoApp-Packages-Available.markdown

I think with the re-structuring of the site that these links are no longer referenced. Please open another issue if you find more 404s! :)
