As a researcher I want to discover which repository(ies) are affiliated with my institution so I can choose where to deposit my research results. #11

would this information not be provided by the institution or funder, rather than being included in a global registry? Otherwise the IRD needs to include information about endorsements from all funders and institutions. I suggest that this is out of scope for the IRD itself, but perhaps there is a user-story by the funders and/or institutions which is about using the IRD to get the identifiers of the repositories which they wish to list in their endorsements?

OK, I understand your point for the funder case.

But for institutions, if repository A is of type institutional, we need to have the information to which institution(s) he “serves”/is attached to, and so a user can identify which repository he/she may use. This is currently used in OpenAIRE to guide users who want to deposit content to the appropriate repository

Anyway, I agree this is not a very relevant user story.

Best,
