As a Regional Network, I would like responsibility for the curation of the registry data to be distributed to the national nodes, but also have an aggregated regional service to support countries without the capacity of rule their own collection #9
No sure if it is clear. We would like to have a hierarchical distributed and interoperable solution with national nodes hosting and curating their own records, but also have a regional service portals ( and maybe a global one collecting/quering the regionals ). The regional service may have a read only access to national nodes with their own installations but also provide support for countries without the capacity. In this way we can start with regional nodes and grow to the countries to a more distributed network topology.
I have some ideas to discuss about how this kind of solution can be implemented.
