docker-compose returns an error on windows system #113

The application cannot be launched using docker-compose

docker-compose up -d returns an error

The errors occurs on a windows environment

instance:
- version: V0.12.2
- NodeJS version: 16.3.2

There was also an error linked to the scripts/get-assets.sh file. As it was probably opened on a windows system, the file introduced and error during the build.
