error with cartopy? #27

ERROR 1: PROJ: proj_create_from_database: Open of /opt/miniforge3/share/proj failed

when ran twice, the warning goes away.

error occurs on jupyter hub and it's due to PROJ path not properly set. it can be set from docker image
