Add Toolbar for Interactive Context #138

Adds a toolbar above interactive cells that contains three actions: Run code, Reset, and Copy.

The Run Code button now also has the keyboard shortcut Shift + Enter added in the mouse over title.

@jimjam-slam just a heads up, we've added a toolbar above the interactive cell area. This includes buttons for Copy and Start over. Did you have any others in mind? (c.f. #47)

Nothing comes to mind! I really liked your idea of using a Quarto tabset to present different "tips" to users 😊
