Is there something from the repo you are wanting made available? I tend to cut a release when there is a user facing change. Did I miss something?
this repo seems to be very actively maintained. just a quick look at the commits shows updated dependencies at least. if there are security fixes in any of those over the past few years, id imagine that would justify a new release. but perhaps there aren't any.
If there was a problem affecting you, we can do a new release. Since this conversation is more theoretical then I'm going to go ahead and close this.
it seems this repo is still maintained quite a bit. however, there has not been a github release cut in six years and the crates.io version is almost a year old. will any of the newest code be deployed in a release at some point?
