/install cannot be found #150

I might be missing something fundamental here, I'm learning so be nice! If I missed a step, it might be an assumption that would help newbies if it were included in the readme.

When I install as directed by cloning down the repo and running composer within the repo, browsing to the directory redirects to:

/cobalttest.local/www/cobalt/install

which is a 404, not found.

Seems like I'm missing a step somewhere, is there a config file I need to create/populate? An installer I should be running? Magic dust that needs sprinkling?

Hey Ruth, thanks for this question. I assume your problem is caused by deactivated .htaccess file on your server.

I'll make sure to display a hint about it instead of 404.
