Can't search for time stations #21

It's not possible to search for time stations. The EiBi csv indicates time stations with a language code of -TS, however a user option of -l -TS is not allowed because option parameters are not allowed to begin with a hyphen.

Fix this by adding a -bt option which will match on the -TS language code and remove the time filter.
