Add shell completion files #39

This will ~~add the necessary files~~ adjust the Makefile for code completion for the following shells:

bash
fish
powershell
zsh

Fixes #9.

@nodeg Please document how they are generated in the Wiki and add an appropriate landing page. I have nothing against a link to the documentation of the library but I want it available from within this repository please.
