Can someone explain why i have this connection error

It always connect successfully, please check your's connection by ping to your's device

Same problem here but only in one of two devices, ping results are ok in both. This make me thing if there is an option to "log-in" to the second device or is needed any special configuration? maybe user and password?

First device is all ok, all comands work :/

I have Zkteco Sc 403 and same issue.
