Setting up testnetBobtimus to use infura.io #118

Since we moved to web3 polling, we should be able to move to infura.io for our testnet setup.

Tasks:

  1. Pull latest master of comit-rs on bobtimus tesnet vm
  2. Change btsieve setup to use infura
  3. Do a tesnet swap
  4. Remove parity and ping @bonomat to reduce disk size.

Did not do a swap but btsieve can get blocks and bobtimus knows its account balance using infura.
