Introduce seed words to config file
derive account private keys for bitcoin & ethereum wallet from seed
generate seed and add it to config file if missing
replace ethereum/bitcoin stubs in datastore
validate support of ledger combination before selecting action
support acceptable rates in both directions

Resolves #11
