Open TODOs:

[x] Squash and rebase on master once https://github.com/coblox/nectar/pull/101 merges
[ ] tracing should be fixed in more sustainable way, currently a lot of libraries and levels hardcoded to be able to see the relevant messages from libp2p
[ ] consider using replace of the orderbook instead of cancel
