JIRA/GitHub integration meeting w/ Martha, Karl and Ryan.

• 10/26 Asked Martha if I should set the meeting up or if she will.

10/27 Met with Martha Gery and Karl Leenders.

Cisco Admin (ENG IT?) would not allow us to connect GitHub to JIRA plugin because it bypasses the firewall.

• Server based GitHub >> Cloud JIRA.
• A few teams are trying to work out another solution. Kevin Ma working with ENG-IT.

All work setup would need to happen in JIRA.

• To complete work in GitHub: Development >> Create Branch and/or Create Commit. After these are created an tagged with JIRA number, these would appear in JIRA as an Issue.

ACTION ITEMS

1. Review the CPX SharePoint site https://cisco.sharepoint.com/sites/PXEngineeringSiteReliabilityTeam/SitePages/DevOps-Tools.aspx#onboarding-to-github.com-cxepi for additional details on how their environment is setup.
2. Schedule follow up meeting with Martha, Karl, and Ryan.
