Chat Text Options #24

I'd like to see some options to change the Text settings in Chat. Specifically font size and perhaps line height, both for player chat and for Feature descriptions if that's possible.

I was tinkering with a custom HTML macro for a few class features and found that 14px and 17.5px line height for the description area improved readability (personal preference) and I'd like to be able to change that globally.

in the next release (v1.5.4) there will be also a selector for the base size of the chat text, let me know if you think it is enough and feel free to open new issues for future improvements.
