restarting in restoring backup

hi. my room (iranians@conference.jabber.ru) have 3200 members...

and my isida bot installed in USA Server... 

isida Can successfully backup my room members and admins and ....

but after enter: 
backup restore iranians@conference.jabber.ru  
isida can not do it and will be restart after forexample 30 Sec... (and just 
forexample 700 member be restore in memberlist)

i tested this work with others isida.... they Can not do too.
