11 years ago Now new user has two level: app level and channel/version level. app level will remove duplicated user in different channel/version channel level is only calculate one channel's new users. So as you said, the user installed by A and upgrade from B, then it will be calculated as new user in B. That's correct.

Your design is acceptable, but it would be better if razor can monitor how many new users and upgrade users acquired in specified channel.
I think you can close this issue :)

11 years ago For each channel, new user is calculated now. Upgrade user is not considered. We'll discuss it internally later. Thanks for your suggestions.

据我们观察，如果一个用户之前是用渠道A安装的，然后他通过渠道B升级，这样的用户会被计算入渠道B的新增用户。
其他位置的新增用户数据没有受上面问题的影响，目前没有找到问题。
