Tooltips for Temporal Extent metadata and add datepicker #132

When creating a survey the 'Temporal Extend' section is mandatory and requires three values, two gml:TimePeriodType in which is not clear what is expected because the lack of tooltips and a 'Begin date' that don't show a date picker instead the date has to be typed manually or copied from somewhere else.

What browser are you using?

Maybe it doesn't support the input type="date"?

About the TimePeriodType, this is fixed on the next upgrade.

@Delawen your diagnostic is right, I can see the date picker in Chrome but not in Firefox or Safari what's is consistent with caniuse?input-datetime. If this is expected behaviour feel free to close this issue.

I will keep this open in case this doesn't get better so we look for a better solution.
