add warning on when the form is up #153

to let the user know that if clicks any other button than save will loose the data

Either "Leave without saving (Y/N)" - selecting 'yes' will leave the screen and loose the data, 'no' will return to the entry.

OR PREFERABLY INCORPORATE SAVE WITHIN THE NAVIGATION OPTION: "Save this record before leaving (Y/N)" - selecting 'yes' will save the record, both options will leave the screen.
