Provide a view of user's contributions to date #157

Add a uuid parameter to allow users to view all their own observations from all surveys to date. Mentioned by Mason here

The user should obviously be denied access when using a UUID other than his own. We should investigate if the uuid can also be omitted altogether (using session information instead).

NOTE: This can be easily implemented in the "contingency viewer" but we don't know which viewer the portal will eventually use and when.

That was too easy -- one can now login and see one's own observations at: https://dyfi.cobwebproject.eu/secure/viewer/self.html
