All areas of study should consider that the user interface must be kept as simple as possible. Especially as with regards to the smart phone application. Simplicity in operation will help serve to encourage continued use of App for data collection.

Non-functional but should be present within best practice documentation.

Ease of use is one of my personal key success factors of the current portal developments, any feed back on specific workflow/screen layout challenges are well appreciated. We use the bootstrap framework, that has a "mobile first" approach, so all screens should look fine on mobile devices, but also on bigger screens

Thanks Paul - will close this for now and any subsequent requirements will be covered by citizen testing.
