The cobweb mobile application must implement a disclaimer stating that personal data - and in particular - which information - is recorded with an observation.

A static message is now in place, however I think the message should be dynamic based on the privacy restrictions that are put in place for the survey (anonymous/retention etc)

The message should suffice as this can be configured for each survey - we'll assess this as part of the co-design deployments.
