Automatically create group on survey creation #58

when you click the join survey button in survey-detail page

HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.ldap.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object]; nested exception is javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object]; remaining name 'cn=_EDITOR,ou=groups,ou=dyfi-env1.cobwebproject.eu,ou=instances'

That's because you tried to use a survey created on the "all" group.

This will be solved when the group is automatically created when the survey is created.

Maria, auto group creation is a thing for after M24, I can see this being part of the Creation Wizard as planned for next phase. But with the instruction that a user should not create surveys in the all group this issue can be closed
