when creating metadata, no groups to assign are shown #60

The pull-down to select a group is not available

Maybe my role doesn't have enough privileges to retrieve the groups?

if that's the case at least there should be a good message, unauthorised

This list of groups only appear to admin users, not to editors+.

There was a problem with the user id on the database not showing up on the session.

Now the group selector appears if you are part of more than one group. If you are only part of one group, it is hidden, but the metadata will be created on the group you have privileges to write (editor+).

If you are admin (geocat), you see all groups, including "All" group.
