Interface to enable red-lining/boundary definitions and point editing on top of maps and photographs.

Some of this is already being supported by native andriod development for flooding – could this technology/functionality be re-used for other case studies and can it be recognised within the context of the authoring process?

Action for 2015: authoring tool can have a new control option and this action can be also called as cordova activity.
