Planner. No PID update if connected from config screen

Planner build 1.0.4173.36925 (mouthful) in AC2 mode.

If you go to the config screen first and then connect, none of the pids update. 
They just stay the same, whether it be a value or loading. To get them to 
change you have to cycle to flight data then back to config.

A read pids button would be nice as well as some sort of confidence indication 
after a write, perhaps a quick visible refresh.

love the new look, oozes professionalism.
