Switch altitude mode to stabilized #212

i have a trottle range probleme...
a mistake in altitude mode,the quad climb hight, i reduce the trottle and i 
switch stabilized mode..
the arducopter climb again, so i decide to cut the trottle (in stable mode) and 
nothing, the motors continue a this value for few time 

for understand try without propeller
start fly in stabilized, switch to altitude when the trottle at hovering and 
move the trottle stick down 5-10% (not cut, when you switch again in 
stabilized, you cant reduce power at 0 and the motor take this rmp few time

sry for my english, hope you understand the mistake

so a another exemple

without propeller, trotlle are cut, start the ardu in stabilized... arming 
motor..
switch one time to altitude mode at 0 of throttle, switch again in stablilized 
and move a little the trottle stick, and enjoy, try to cut now...

i need few time for stop, 

i use 2.035 b

fixed in version 2.0.39
I think i have much of this behavior fixed. The throttle still slews down from 
the alt hold value, but now it's not additive so you won't get the throttle 
boost you got before.
