Updated to v0.11.4 #98

Changed node to v4.7.x as the Argon LTS releases are recommended by Ghost.

Looks like same changes as for PR #96 except for the node version.

Ah sorry, I did not see #96 . After looking through that issue and the linked issue it looks like Ghost solved the memory leak issue in v0.10.x. Right now I am running this exact configuration on a live blog (which is why I just submitted the PR) and I am experiencing no issues with the memory / etc.

Thanks for the PR @quintessence—I’m really sorry I haven’t had the time to respond here until now. There’s been a few PRs opened to bring everything up to date, but I’d like to centralise the discussion on https://github.com/cobyism/ghost-on-heroku/pull/106 if possible—feel free to chime in there to help us get this all figured out.
