Add SCSS version

I just rewrited Gridism to SCSS to make it more comfortable.

I really appreciate the effort, however I don’t see the benefit of having an SCSS version of gridism.

• This file is two lines longer (115 lines) than the pure CSS version (113 lines), so it is not any more concise because of the nesting. There’s a few ways it can be condensed down a little further (I’ve experimented with an SCSS version myself in the past), but the rule definitions are so straightforward that you don’t really ever need to make use of nesting to achieve the desired functionality.
• The variables you’re defining—$wrap and $wider—are only being used once each in the file, not multiple times, so there’s no improvement gained from defining them at the top.

I’m open to hearing persuasive arguments for why an SCSS version is valuable, however I’ve yet to see a good explanation of how it is benefcial. Thanks for suggesting the contribution though! :heart: If you have other ideas of suggestions, please let me know! :smiley:
