I have a i7-3720QM (laptop) but how set to maximum performance please? thanks.

This tool is intended for power users, if you don't understand MSR reigsters, just enable High Performance power plan in control panel to force maximum CPU performance.

hello, I already have the high performance standard plan the problem is that the clock is always reduced, could you disable it with this tool? thanks.
