In most cases, the .mesh.ascii file cannot be opened with some message that the file breaks off in the meshes section. Generally the .xps and/or .mesh version works, but it's still annoying.
The issue is that some files have only three bone indices and vertices, not the four that would be normal. This needs to be handled.
